2 Return policy

You have the right to return your order back to Borotra® within 14 days.
Items that have been worn, washed, or had its labels removed, etc. will not be accepted by Borotra® and you will not receive a refund of your money in these cases.

Borotra® is located in the Netherlands and therefore the Dutch Law is applicable.

5. Shipment & return order
Your order wil be shipped with TNT Worldwide. Customer will be charged for shipping costs. Returning your order to Borotra® is the customer’s responsibility and the customer pays the shipping costs for the return shipment.
